Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Petter ("we", "our", or "us") handles information when you use the Petter mobile application ("App").
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Care Records
Petter stores the information you add in the App, such as pet profiles, feeding records, medicine records, weight records, care tasks, reminders, photos, supplies, and notes.
1.2 Camera, Photos, and Location
If you use photo records or barcode scanning, the App may ask for camera access. If you save a care card or choose a photo, the App may ask for photo library access.
If you allow location access while taking a photo, Petter may save a readable place name with that photo record. Petter does not continuously track your location.
1.3 Notifications
If you enable reminders, Petter uses the iOS notification system to schedule care reminders on your device.
1.4 Barcode Lookup
When you scan a barcode and request product information, the barcode number is sent to a third-party barcode lookup service so the App can fill in supply details. If you enter supply information manually, no barcode lookup is sent.
1.5 Account and Payment Information
Petter does not require an account. Petter does not process payments or subscriptions.
2. How We Use Information
- To display and organize your pet care records.
- To save photos and supply information you add.
- To schedule local reminders.
- To look up product information from a scanned barcode.
- To respond when you contact us for support.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.
3. Data Storage
Petter is designed as a local record tool. Your care records and photos are stored on your device. Deleting a record, photo, pet, or supply removes it from the App's local storage.
4. Third-Party Services
4.1 Apple
Camera, photo library, location, and notification permissions are handled by iOS. See Apple's Privacy Policy for more information.
4.2 Barcode Lookup Service
When you use barcode lookup, Petter sends the barcode number to Jisu API to retrieve product information. Petter does not send your pet care records with the barcode request.
5. Data Retention
- Local records remain on your device until you delete them or uninstall the App.
- Photos saved in the App remain on your device until you delete the related record.
- Scheduled notifications remain until completed, deleted, or changed in the App.
6. Your Choices
- You can review or delete records in the App.
- You can change camera, photo, location, and notification permissions in iOS Settings.

7. Children's Privacy
Petter is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.

隐私政策
本隐私政策说明 Petter（以下简称“我们”）在你使用 Petter App 时如何处理信息。
1. 我们收集的信息
1.1 照顾记录
Petter 会保存你在 App 中添加的信息，包括宠物资料、喂食、用药、体重、护理事项、提醒、照片、用品和备注。
1.2 相机、照片和位置
使用拍照记录或扫描条码时，App 可能会请求相机权限。保存照顾卡或选择照片时，App 可能会请求相册权限。
如果你在拍照时允许位置权限，Petter 可能会把可读的位置名称保存到该照片记录中。Petter 不会持续追踪你的位置。
1.3 通知
如果你开启提醒，Petter 会使用 iOS 通知系统在本机安排照顾提醒。
1.4 条码查询
当你扫描条码并查询商品信息时，条码数字会发送给第三方条码查询服务，用于填入用品信息。手动填写用品时，不会发送条码查询。
1.5 账号和支付信息
Petter 不要求注册账号，也不处理支付或订阅。
2. 信息用途
- 显示和整理你的宠物照顾记录。
- 保存你添加的照片和用品信息。
- 安排本地提醒。
- 根据扫描到的条码查询商品信息。
- 在你联系我们时回复支持请求。
我们不会出售你的数据，也不会将数据用于广告。
3. 数据保存
Petter 是本地记录工具。你的照顾记录和照片保存在你的设备上。删除记录、照片、宠物或用品时，对应数据会从 App 的本地存储中移除。
4. 第三方服务
4.1 Apple
相机、相册、位置和通知权限由 iOS 管理。更多信息可查看 Apple 隐私政策。
4.2 条码查询服务
使用条码查询时，Petter 会将条码数字发送给 Jisu API 以获取商品信息。Petter 不会随条码请求发送你的照顾记录。
5. 数据保留
- 本地记录会保留在你的设备上，直到你删除或卸载 App。
- App 内照片会保留在你的设备上，直到你删除对应记录。
- 已安排的通知会保留到完成、删除或修改。
6. 你的选择
- 你可以在 App 中查看或删除记录。
- 你可以在 iOS 设置中调整相机、相册、位置和通知权限。

7. 儿童隐私
Petter 不面向 13 岁以下儿童。我们不会有意收集 13 岁以下儿童的个人信息。
8. 政策变更
我们可能会不时更新本隐私政策。更新时，会修改本页面顶部的日期。
